Property Description

The Madison Triplex is a u-shaped building divided vertically down the center resulting in two mirrored, three-story units facing a courtyard and crape myrtle tree. With each residence receiving triple exposure, the spaces maximize access to light and air.  Kitchen and living spaces are organized on the first floor. The space extends into the paved courtyard through floor to ceiling glazing and a unique tile-paver floor pattern, creating a true indoor/outdoor experience. The staircases, upper floor study and bedrooms also open onto the courtyard, while other living spaces dissolve into the corners of the building’s urban landscape.
